The project will be solving one of the major bottlenecks at the entry to Mangaluru city from NH 66.
It is proposed to develop 4 lanes 18m wide road from NH66 to Morgan’s gate and 4 lanes RUB across the railway tracks.

RUB part will be implemented by Southern railway, Palakkad division funded by MSCL.
