It is proposed to develop a centralized and integrated bus terminal to include inter- city, Intra-city and intra-state buses at Pump well Junction. Project will have ancillary facilities for passengers, ample parking spaces, F&B units, hospitality, MLCP, Commercial space etc.

The project is to be developed on a 7.23 acre land owned by the MCC on a DBFOT model.
